Debbie Mathewson – Owner, LMSW, CAADC.

Debbie Mathewson is a Licensed Masters Social Worker with over 13 years of experience in treating people with mental health disorders and addiction.
Debbie has always enjoyed working with people. She has worn multiple hats, from girl-scout leader to elementary track coach, and now present-day owning a business that provides counseling services to adults.
In her free time, she enjoys walking her dog Henry and spending time with her grandchildren.
Paul Meyer – M.D.
“I find providing Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) is a great way to make a difference for those who need help most.”
Dr. Meyer graduated from MSU College of Human Medicine in 1989 and completed a Family Medicine Residency here in Saginaw.
In about 2012, he began working part-time with people who are dependent on opioid drugs. He gradually increased this work and, including treating the mental health problems associated with addiction, he has been doing this full time since 2017 when he closed his private practice.
Rudy Hatfield – C.P. , Ph. D.

Rudy Hatfield is a clinical neuropsychologist and clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience in treating people with different types of neurological disorders and psychiatric disorders. Over the years his focus has shifted to utilizing the “third wave” therapeutic approaches in order to help people. These approaches stress self-understanding, acceptance, and choosing to act in accordance with one’s values as a way to help increase one’s psychological flexibility in order to understand and address one’s issues.
Kristin – Business Office Manager
“HELP PEOPLE, even when you know they can’t help you back”
Kristin Mendyk is the Business Office Manager for Tri-City Treatment Center, she has been with the Practice since its inception in September of 2018. Kristin brings over 15 years of administrative experience in office management, bookkeeping, and medical billing.
Kristin oversees the routine administrative functions of Tri-City’s operations and serves as a liaison with the practice’s office services, human resources, information systems, and accounting. She is a native of Michigan and enjoys being a mom, camping, swimming, floating the river, boating, and
spending time with her friends and family.
Monica – Lab Technician for Helix Laboratory

Monica Ortiz is a mother of 2 girls and has been a part of the Tri-City family since it opened back in 2018. She recently became a Certified phlebotomist for Helix Diagnostics, Our current in-house Laboratory.
Monica has been in the Medical Field for over 20 years and has been in a laboratory setting for the past 10 years.
She enjoys the tight-knit, family feel she has with her co-workers at Tri-City but really enjoys her weekends off. When Monica is not working, she is spending time with her daughters, going to the movies, shopping, cooking, and just spending quality time together.
Sylvia – Front Office Coordinator

Sylvia Smith has been in the medical field for 5 years. She is the Office Coordinator; she manages scheduling patient appointments, answering the phone, and checking patients in and out of the office.
When Sylvia is not at work, she is enjoying quality time with her boyfriend Aaron and their two dogs – Hunter and Millie. She is well-loved by her family and friends and enjoys spending time with them celebrating life goals, camping, fishing, and hunting.
